A note on the current COVID-19 situation...
In an effort to provide the best possible care to our patients, as well as protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure, we are practicing and enforcing safety measures in response to the current COVID-19 situation. At this time, we are enforcing best practice by:
- Ensuring all staff understand new return to work practices and requirements
- Active and passive COVID screening prior to appointment and upon entrance
- Installed signage, and optimized clinic layout for safe two metre distancing with plexiglass barriers where recommended
- Increased clinic cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces after each patient following protocols of Public Health Ontario
- Appropriate PPE supplies for all staff; consistent with protocols of the Ministry of Health and Public Health Ontario
- Safe patient flow schedule
- Access to hand sanitizer for patients and staff
- Contact-less payment process and limiting the exchange of paper wherever possible is encouraged
